Paul joined Westwood in August 2018 as an Offshore Rig Analyst and has more than 25 years experience in the offshore industry. He has served as Chartering Manager at Seacor Marine, Commercial Manager at Tidewater International, and Contracts & Bid Advisor at ENSCO Asia Pacific. He also held roles at Premium Drilling and China Oilfield Services Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Westwood, Paul was Commercial Director at Jasper Drilling, where he successfully secured numerous offshore drilling contracts, with the largest one being a US$250 million jackup rig contract.
He holds a Master Mariner Class I Licence from the Australian Maritime College and an MBA from the University of Hull.
