An article by Mark Adeosun on the World LNG Market Forecast 2017-2021 was featured on the Oil & Gas Financial Journal website this week:

“Furthermore, demand in Asia is forecast to be sluggish in the short term as a result of slower than expected economic growth in the region. All of this will result in LNG oversupply persisting beyond 2021 due to additional supply from North America.”

“The capital expenditure for FSRUs, floating LNG (FLNG) production units and floating import units (FSUs) is expected to reach $41.6bn between 2016 and 2022, compared to $11.4bn during 2011-2015, according to Douglas Westwood’s World FLNG Market Forecast.”
