DW in the NewsA large number of reports have been in the news this week, including the World LNG Market Forecast 2017-2021 which was released on Wednesday:

 

An article by Andrew Reid appeared on the Energy Voice website:

“At DW we are still of the view that, over the course of 2016, the oversupply will reduce, albeit with 1.8million new barrels per day from offshore developments still in construction coming into the market in 2017, which will upset the balance.”

The latest edition of Douglas-Westwood’s World LNG Market Forecast 2017-2021  was released this week and featured a number of sites:

“A wave of LNG carrier newbuilds will also be required to support a huge increase in traded base-load LNG volumes. DW forecasts global LNG expenditure to total US$284 billion between 2017 and 2021. A 50% growth compared with the preceding five year period.”
